What was the highlight of Hotel Val de l'Our
Friendly family run hotel in a beautiful East Belgium village with lots of fresh Ardennes air.
Friendly and attentive staff who were engaging and keen to please. The food was excellent and testimony to Dusty, the Chef, culinary skills. Carinna is a superb and attentive waitress as Irene is a brilliant hostess. Overall a brilliant team and I hope to return. Thank you for a great stay.

A small family hotel situated in a beautiful valley with superb staff
This hotel is symbolic of best efforts made by the hotel industry to keep trading and welcome guests in challenging times. The owners and staff made me feel very welcome and made every effort to ensure that I was able to relax. The service by Karina was friendly and professional and the Chef, Dusty, produced a fixed menu dinner as good as I have eaten in many months. The proprietress, Irene, was spectacular and organised a car shuttle for me as requested. The rooms are warm and comfortable and although many of the facilities were closed as a precaution against COVID it was easy to see that under normal circumstances this hotel would be an excellent family haven with good food, sport facilities for all and a fantastic friendly ambiance throughout. I would particularly recommend this to hikers and cyclists as the hotel grounds border the wonderful RAVEL walkway. This was the first time that I stayed here and I will do the same again.
